A very disappointing result and performance saw us loose to the side below us in the league and whom we beat 7 – 0 earlier in the season. We started badly with only ten men for the first ten minutes and conceeded a goal midway through the half. We did then play better but our finishing let us down as we were guilty of missing several very good chances, JT our top scorer being unavailable.  Fortunately at the other end Ace Cupper made numerous good saves and came off his line quickly to deny scoring opportunities. Pete Holdaway and Tim Postlethwaite also made many last ditch tackles.  We pulled a goal back in the second half when Mark Charania scored from close range following an excellent pass. Unfortunately we could not capitalise on this and Neath quickly restored their lead all be it through a dubious goal ( a foot clearly giving an advantage). We will hope to end our recent poor form next week against Llanishen & Caerphilly, whom we also have already beaten.
