LHC SOCIAL EVENTS 2009/10

We have a new Social Secretary this season. Rob Mudge has taken over the Mantle and is already on the case with ensuring that there are some fun dates in the season’s calendar! So put them in your diary so that you don’t miss out…..

Saturday 5^th September
CLUB DAY

at Bournside School
2.30pm Arrival of Juniors – 2.45pm Juniors on pitch

3.30pm Arrival of Senior Ladies and Men -  3.45pm Seniors on pitch
5.00pm End of Pitch time

In the evening come along to the Jolly Brewmaster for a BBQ – 7pm-7.30pm arrival. £5 per person. Places can be booked with Rob at nuggbert@hotmail.com. (anyone over 14 years old is welcome)

Saturday 26^th September
PUB GOLF NIGHT

An organised Pub Golf Night around the town of Cheltenham. (Strictly over 18’s only!) Cost £2 per person. First hole and rest of course to be confirmed shortly. Score cards handed out on the night or purchased in advance from Rob Mudge.

Sunday 11^th October
CINEMA NIGHT

This will be the first Cinema Night of the season and more will happen as time goes on. The film and time will be decided in the week leading up and it will issued to all members who can then turn up if they would like to. (age limit dependant on film chosen)

Saturday 17^th October,
POOL TOURNAMENT AT THE FROG AND FIDDLE

7.30pm start
Come and try your luck at winning the Pool Competition or just come along for a bit of fun! £3 per person (so that everybody should get a few games to try to get through to the semi finals and a final) Over 16’s only.

Saturday 14^th November
THE HOWLERS CLUB @ THE WHEATSHEAF, Leckhampton

Side splitting comedy night to come along to… If you are interested you will need book your tickets directly with the Wheatsheaf in Leckhampton

NEW YEARS DAY RACES

An afternoon at Cheltenham Racecourse. All welcome as this is a family day out.
Details will follow when they are issued by the racecourse.

SKITTLES AT THE SOMERSET ARMS

The popular annual Skittles Night is back again. Skittles and food will be on the cards.
