I have upgraded your account privileges so you should now find you have the ability to edit a lot more of the content on the website. Let me know if you have any problems or are not sure what to do. However, a good way to learn is just set-up a dummy blog on Wordpress that you can mess around with, then you won't suddenly delete a load of stuff of this site!
