The ladies 1’s suffered their first defeat of the season away to ISCA. Lansdown started brightly and created several chances with Nina Emery, Becky Mawby, Kim Pullon and Hannah Moon all testing the ISCA keeper. ISCA had chances of their own but some good defending by Karen Fynn, Julie Stowe and Keeper Kels kept the home side out and the scoreline all square at half time. ISCA scored the one and only goal of the game with a reverse stick strike midway through the second half. Lansdown rallied to find the equaliser and were awarded a short corner on full time but were unable to convert. Thanks must go to Kate and Lisa for stepping in.
